Returns & Refunds

At Vibravea, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
  • The product must not be intentionally damaged or altered.
  • The item must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products intentionally damaged by the customer

Order Cancellations
